Professional experience

Dr. Andrea Barzaghi graduated with honors in Business Economics from the University of Milan Bicocca. A registered chartered accountant of the Milan Association and a certified auditor, he obtained a PhD in Business Economics, Management and Regional Economics from the University of Milan Bicocca, where he is a Contract Professor of Accounting and Financial Statements.

He holds positions as a board member, auditor, and member of supervisory bodies of various companies.

He is also registered in the Register of Court-Appointed Technical Consultants of the Court of Monza, in the list of business crisis managers and in the lists of experts for the negotiated settlement of business crisis.

Dr. Andrea Barzaghi specializes in financial statements, accounting standards and business crisis. He also deals with business valuation, tax litigation and extraordinary transactions.
