The Firm provides highly qualified consultancy services in tax and corporate matters, supporting clients from the start-up phase of a company.
Services include ongoing consultancy on corporate matters and assistance in managing corporate governance issues, such as:
- Identifying the most suitable legal form;
- Analysis and revision of the company’s articles of association or shareholders’ agreements;
- Implementation of organizational, administrative, and accounting structures in compliance with current regulations.
Furthermore, the Firm assists clients regarding the responsibilities of management and supervisory bodies and in resolving any disputes between shareholders.
The Firm offers specialized consulting in the drafting and negotiation of contracts, including, for example, business or branch lease agreements, as well as leases for properties intended for industrial and commercial use.
Accounting and tax assistance
The Firm provides assistance with both ordinary and simplified bookkeeping at the company’s premises, as well as bookkeeping services at the Firm for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Such services include, among other things, the maintenance of mandatory accounting and tax books, as well as the timely management of periodic compliance obligations required by current regulations.
The Firm also offers registered office services, as well as the custody of accounting and corporate records.
Financial statements
The Firm prepares annual accounts in standard, abbreviated, and micro-enterprise formats, while for corporate groups, consolidated financial statements are drawn up.
Support is also provided during the audit phase by the appointed auditor.
Depending on the size and nature of the businesses, periodic and interim financial statements are also prepared.
